As mentioned over the previous blog, we have been working real hard on making these dark series mille crepe cake come thru. Well, we have a list of 12 flavors in hand. But, we're just going to reveal four flavor for now. Very exciting, isn't it?
Don't be fool by its look. It ain't any witchy black magic that turned our mille crepe cake to black. It's just black sesame, surprise surprise! The presence of black sesame paste balances up the sweetness within cake and brings out nutty aroma in mouth.
This beauty is carefully piped with little spiky buttercream and sprinkle of dreamy purple hue sweet potato powder. Those thinly crepe layers are sandwiched with fresh whipped diary cream & generous amount of sweet potato paste. Taste refreshing with a hint of honey. It looks so delicate & fragile that you cannot stop looking at it!
Kid you not! Passion fruit goes well with absolutely every creamy dessert base. Its bright tropical tangy taste topped with nutty pistachio will make you unstoppable on keep munching. Before you even realize, one whole slice is gone.
This decadent white chocolate cake is incorporated with sumptuously white chocolate spread in between of chocolaty flavored sweet crepes. Finishing with white chocolate ganache drip with sprinkle of roasted chopped almonds around.
