All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Delivery time is between 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) & 9am-1pm (Sat) with no time request available.

Delivery is not available on Sunday and Public Holiday.

Delivery to and beyond Sungai Buloh, Bangi, Semenyih, Sepang, Kuala Langat, Port Klang, Kapar, Denai Alam and Rawang are not available.

All deliveries will be carried out by our appointed third party logistic company.

Kindly ensure you and your receiver is contactable through Call or Whatsapp to facilitate smooth delivery of our delivery partner.

YippiiGift is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery as a result of any incorrect delivery information provided by purchaser, or purchaser/receiver being unreachable or absent during delivery.

Receivers are advised to check the order received on the spot to ensure no damage to the goods.

In the event where there is nobody to receive the order, your order will be returned to our kitchen (without refund).

Re-delivery within the same day or next day of initial failed delivery date is available upon request, with an additional delivery fee of RM30 borne by you.

5. Validity
