Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes situations arise that may require a refund or cancellation. We want to assure you that we are here to assist you in the best possible way. Please review the following guidelines:

1. While orders and payments are generally not refundable, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team for any special requests or exceptional circumstances. We will do our best to assist you in finding a suitable resolution.
2. To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask you to provide accurate delivery addresses within our coverage area. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter to avoid any unforeseen complications.
3. In the event that the provided address falls outside our coverage area, we will issue a full refund in the form of a cash voucher with a validity period of 12 months. This way, you can use the voucher for any future purchases within the specified timeframe.
4. If there is any incorrect information provided or if the purchaser/receiver is not contactable, we may need to void the order. Please rest assured that we will make every effort to communicate and resolve any issues promptly.
5. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may arise that require us to cancel or refund an order. If such a situation occurs, we apologize for the inconvenience and will promptly notify you. Please understand that our decision is made in the best interest of our valued customers.
   

Cancellation by the Company

In the rare event that Yippii Gift is unable to fulfill an order, we reserve the right to cancel it. Customers will be promptly notified of such cancellations, and a FULL refund will be issued in the form of store credits or to the original mode of payment or some special case we do refund via bank transfer(with RM15 flat service charges) in 3-5 working days, as deemed appropriate.
